Useful for: Identifying and appreciating the visual messages in non-verbal language. Having an understanding of body language will affect the outcome of all face-to-face situations. This is very useful for sales visits, interviews, presentations and all interactions where body language plays its part.

Many research studies have shown that upto 60% of our communication comes from our actions not what we say! Therefore our body language is very important and has a tremendous influential over our everyday communication.

  • Palm and handshake
  • Hand and thumb
  • Hand to Face gestures
  • Chin and cheek gestures
  • Eye signals
  • Mirroring and matching
  • Summary – final activity
