Useful for: All managers or employers having to communicate a difficult message to someone or a team of workers. The way this message is received by the recipient/s is dependent on many factors: the outcome of a difficult message delivered in the incorrect manner can be disastrous for businesses.

Most people find it is not easy to deliver a difficult message. This training course will help all participants to identify the best method of relaying information to the recipient. They will need to take into account the severity of the message and the individual/s to who it is addressed.

Our main aim is to ensure that the participants develop the skills to have the confidence and knowledge to effectively communicate to their teams. Especially being able to handle the communication of difficult messages to sometimes-difficult individuals and deal with awkward behaviours within a team.
