Useful for: People who cannot form their questions correctly – they may be too long, incomprehensible, ambiguous or closed. We need to be able to ask questions effectively or the answers we get are often not what was expected.

This course is designed improve the questioning skills of all participants by providing a variety of basic and complex methods.
