Useful for: Anyone who comes into contact with customers on a regular basis;  on the telephone or on a face to face. This course highlights the important aspects of customer relationships. The aimis to provide all participants with a set of skills and techniques to create positive interactions with all customer they deal with. 

What it covers: Customers are the life blood of any organisation and if they are not satisfied they will go elsewhere. This obvious fact is often overlooked by businesses and their emplyees.
