EQUALITY

Useful for: For team leaders, supervisors, managers, HR people and anyone else involved in the management of people or businesses. Thes materials are based on the Equality Act 2010.

What it covers: Achieving an understanding of how the Equality Act 2010 the workplace. Utilising a blend of exercises and data we look at the context of the Act, the meanings and workplace application.

BULLYING & HARASSMENT   CS HR LM PD

Duration: Half day. Afternoon

Useful for: Anyone who need to develop an awareness and understanding of bullying and harassment in the workplace – just about everyone!  These issues are sensitive and important so not training employees in this area could be very hamful for your business.

What it covers: Harassment and bullying is unpleasant to the victim and offensive to all. It will have an adverse effect on the victim’s individual’s performance and well being and in doing so reduce their efficiency at work.

The course answers common questions, concerns and looks at the legal implications of bullying or harassment in the workplace.
