Useful for: Human resources managers bosses/employers, however; the content is suitable for all people who have to deal with ‘difficult’ behaviours from others.

There are many demands on an employer/manager, one of these is dealing with ‘difficult’ employees. They have to be treated with the same care and respect given to those of a far less demanding nature. The manager has to develop an understanding of the causes of the ‘difficult’ behaviour and a self-awareness of how their own behaviours impact on the situation.
