Useful for: Anyone that is involved in developing and planning for a business. It is especially useful for people starting out in business but is equally as valuable for established concerns.

What it covers: The course has been designed to aid participants develop their business by viewing aspects of commerciality. The drivers of  how commercial a business are: customers, competition and those with a vested interest, (owners, managers, shareholders, etc). How they respond to the requirements on an ongoing basis will determine the commercial success of their business.
