At Cressingham Training we take our coaching training very seriously. We feel that our ITOL accreditation and award for the course speaks for itself. It is possibly one of the most complete coaching courses in the UK allowing our graduates to forge ahead in this industry.

We work within small groups – in fact we take no more than 15 students per course which does tend to mean they are quite ‘exclusive’.   

The course is composed of four modules, each of which may be bought as individual stand alone courses. All four must be taken for the full diploma, the individual modules are given certificate status, expect the NLP module which has its own accreditation at diploma level.

The complete courses is run over 14 intensive days of training spread over 6 weekends and a Monday/Tuesday. These are 4 weeks apart, (Chistmas/New Year and other Bank Holidays may affect timings).

This is divided into 4 modules;

•Module 1: Weekends 1 & 2 – Life coaching techniques and skills

•Module 2: Weekend 3 - Other coaching skills, based on psychological techniques – CBT, Transactional, Gestalt plus others

•Module 3: Weekend 4 & 5 – RAPID NLP Practitioner© Course

•Module 4: Weekend 6 plus Monday and Tuesday, (4 day block) – Small/Medium Business coaching skills. Start-up, promotion and marketing, branding, niches, etc. This can be used to set up your own business or help others to do so. The ideas and concepts can be utilised in existing businesses that are in difficulties.
