At Cressingham Training we believe that this course is one of the most comprehensive available in the UK. Not only do you get the two diplomas from us; ELITE Integrative Coach© and Small Business Coach you also get the industry recognised qualification from ITOL.

 This courses covers a significant amount of content not delivered my many other schools. We teach you skills from no less than six different types of coaching and NLP. This makes the course quite elite and very integrated. You will leave us with a ‘tool-box’ most other coaches will never have.

Main components and benefits of the ELITE Integrative Coaching© Diploma Course

1) 14 intensive days of small group training spread over 6 weekends and a Monday/Tuesday. These are 4 weeks apart, (Chistmas/New Year may affect timings).

This is divided into 4 modules; (Please click on the module title below to go to its page).

•Module 1: Weekends 1 & 2 – Classic Life coaching techniques and skills

•Module 2: Weekend 3 – Other coaching skills, based on psychological techniques – CBT, Transactional, Gestalt plus others

•Module 3: Weekends 4 & 5 – RAPID NLP Practitioner©

•Module 4: Weekend 6 plus Monday and Tuesday, (4 day block) – Small/Medium Business coaching skills. Start-up, promotion and marketing, branding, niches, etc.

2) At least 10 hours of personal coaching/mentoring over the course helping you with coaching skills and developing your practice

3) A regular Friday evening support group at our Dartford base. (Usually halfway between the attendance weekends). It is possible that this may be conducted by telephone or video modes in the near future

4) Comprehensive training manuals and other printed materials, (over 400 pages).

5) Copies of all presentations used plus other useful materials on a DVD

6) 50 hours of live coaching practice, under live or distance supervision. This completed during course weekends and between the modules.

7) Instant supportive feedback on many of these sessions

8) A whole year of supervision with a Cressinghams tutor after graduation

This will give you all the tools and confidence needed to enter the world of coaching.
