Useful for: Identifying and appreciating the visual messages in non-verbal language – our own and that of those we are in contact with. Having an understanding of body language will affect the outcome of all face-to-face situations. This is very useful for therapy rapport, sales visits, interviews, presentations and all interactions where body language plays its part.

Many research studies have shown that upto 60% of our communication comes from our physical actions not what we say! Therefore our body language is very important and has a tremendous influential over how effective our everyday communication is.
