RAPID NLP Practitioner Course

We teach the course in just 4 attendance days, (2 weekends 4 weeks apart). How? We cut all the dreary theory in class and concentrate on the practical aspects. You do the theory in your own time before the course by studying a manual and 12 DVD’s of a previous live training course. You do not need 7-9 days in the classroom.

The home study part of the course requires that you complete an ‘exam’, really it is a continuous assessment, as you go along. The assessment is designed to take the average person around 30 hours to complete. This allows us and you to know your ‘starting point’ when you arrive. You cannot fail this assessment unless you do not complete the work! The assessment must be emailed in for scrutiny prior to your attendance on the course.

Completing all the home study assessment means you are already an NLP Practitioner before you arrive – this is why we can take the four days to ensure you become the best practitioner you can be.

Course Materials

Before the course you will be sent the Home Study materials;-

  • 2 manuals containing over 160 A4 pages
  • A set of 2 CD’s and 12 DVD’s of a previously recorded live RAPID NLP Practitioner© course given by Richard Wain.
  • an NLP textbook (pdf)

On arrival you will receive;-

  • A DVD containing; -
    numerous NLP Word and pdf documents
  • 2 PowerPoint presentations for you to use with clients to offer NLP business training sessions to companies – this can be a very profitable area to work!

Course Content
You will learn many things on the course the main ones are given below. We follow the ‘standard’ course content – nothing is left out.

Rapport
Learn powerful ways to quickly get on the same ‘wavelength’ as other people irrespective of background and build even more productive and fruitful relationships. A necessity for those involved in therapy, management, teaching, training, coaching and counselling. Learn how to mirror/match another person’s preferred system to create a deeper sense of empathy and understanding

  • Mirroring and Matching – instant rapport builders
  • Pacing & Leading – changing the whole way a conversation is going
  • Group rapport
  • Telephone rapport using auditory skills
  • The language of rapport – creating influence

Representational Systems
You will understand how you and others represent the world through the five senses.. For those involved in communicating ideas to a team or individual these techniques are very powerful.

  • This how we represent the world around us in our minds. Mainly we use Visual, Auditory and Kinaesthetic representational systems
  • Understand how powerful language predicates are in effective communication and use these skills to understand how other people represent ‘their world’ and how to communicate using their representational system
  • Understand your beliefs and how you can change disabling ones to become positive
  • Develop skills to alter your internal representations by using sub modalities and rapidly change the way you feel about negative trigger or thoughts
  • Learn the Swish Pattern to change habits or modify behaviours that happen in a specified situations
  • Learn the value of being able to read eye patterns and eye accessing cues to gain insight into what kind of thought processes someone is using

Well Formed Outcomes
Ask simple but powerful questions that will ‘force’ your friends, colleagues or clients to become totally focused on their tasks or objectives.

  • Understand how to set well formed goals with achievable outcomes using specific well tried and tested models.

Language and Influence
Learn to use language with awareness, elegance and precision. Develop powerful ways to overcome problems or gain agreement from an objector within minutes by negotiating a solution. Learn language patterns that allow you to lead and motivate others. Ask specific question that get to the root of any problem.

  • Utilise powerful questioning methods to more fully understand someone else’s ‘map of the world’
  • How to control a disagreement and deliver your argument effectively to influence and negotiate.
  • Understand how to use the 5 Step Negotiation Model
  • Uncover any hidden agendas
  • Learn just how powerful metaphors are in conversation, get people interested in what you have to say – make them listen
  • Use the Hierarchy of Ideas and adapt your conversation to another’s level and in doing so communicate very effectively.
  • Learn the Milton Model language and embedded commands

Taking control of your thoughts, emotions and behaviours – your beliefs
Create powerful mental resource states to maximise your own and others performance. Discover your brain’s programming language and use it to change unwanted habits, beliefs and behaviours. Eliminate Stress and influence others to do likewise.

 Understand the process of belief change and practice on yourself. Eliminate self limiting beliefs and replace them with new empowering ones. Learn how to set goals for yourself and others in a way that makes consistent action to be taken on any given problem. This is not just useful in roles such as management, coaching, therapy, or if you run your own business, it is incredibly useful in your personal life too.

  • Understand and use parts integration to dissolve internal conflicts and spend the previously ‘wasted’ time on things that you want from life

Discover the Incredible power of Anchoring:

  • Learn the skills of anchoring someone so that they can elicit a positive state at any time
  • Understand how to create a stack of anchors to move away from a ‘immobile’ state and move easily into motivation or other positive states

Reframing:

  • There are many forms of reframes; these will allow you to change your responses to particular situations
  • Reframes are very useful when dealing with phobias and anxieties
    You will learn many other things on this course that will greatly enhance your life and the lives of those around you.

Although we always teach what we set out to, the way it is taught and the subject matter it is based on varies with every group it is the students that define the course! Yes; it is based round you not the specifications

The course is slightly biased towards personal development, helping others and education and less towards business. All that we teach can be used in business but we do not like the hard business edge that some training providers put on their courses.

This course is an integral part of the Advanced Clinical Hypnosis and Elite Integrative Coaching© courses. This means it runs upto 6 times a year. You will join one of these groups. The course is identical for both so it does not matter which you join.
